Ruksar Parveen Success Story
90% WITH DISTINCTION CHALLENGER JUNIOR COLLEGE RESIDENT OF CHALLENGER HOME FOR ORPHAN GIRLS
Ruksar Parveen of Challenger Junior College has secured 90% in her intermediate exams. A student with the Challenger Group since her first grade, and a resident of our Challenger Home for Orphan Girls, Ruksar is meritorious student who has overcome odds on her path to success. The third of five siblings, her family has faced dire economic problems. Her mother, a widow, works as a house help. She was admitted into the Challenger Home in 2011. Ruksar wishes to pursue medicine and treat the needy who do not have access to quality healthcare due to a lack of resources. Ruksar carries
within her a deep-rooted passion for change. She says that her time at Challenger refined her outlook towards this world. She expresses her gratitude during her interview in the most incandescent manner - gleamingly exclaims - "East or West, Challenger International School and its Trustees are the best."
Challenger International School
IMRC established the Challenger International School in 2010 to enhance the accessibility and quality of education amongst the most marginalized people. The Moinabad district was remote with only a population of 2500 in 2010. The present population of this district is about 12,000. This school is solely responsible for 70% of the migration, and is a key player in education.
