6th India Health Initiative 2015

Sahayata Trust is more concerned about the health of poor who cannot afford to visit a Doctor for their illness. Keeping this in mind, Indo-US hospital (a unit of Sahayata Trust) has been organizing free medical camps with free medicines distribution to these poor people with the help India Health Initiative. IMRC and Sahayata Trust has been running these camps since 2009. In these medical camps Doctors from United States of America (U.S.A), volunteer visit India to treat these people and benefit them.

6th India Health Initiative – 2015

In our 6th India Health Initiative – 2015 which started from 27th January, 2015 till 12th February, 2015 where almost 10,000 people were treated with free Doctors consultation and medication. Camps were conducted in the following areas of India

  • > Vattepally, Hassan Nagar and Shaheen Nagar of R. R. Dist., Telangana
  • > Al Ameen Hospital & College, Vijyapur.
  • > Bangarapet Village, Kolar Dist. Near Bangalore, Karnataka.

 

These above camps had 6 American Doctors, 2 American Paramedics, 5 Local Doctors, 7 Local Paramedics and several volunteers who were directly involved in making these medical camps a very great success.

On completion of these medical camps, the Doctors and Volunteers were awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for giving their precious time from their busy schedule to make this initiative a great success.

5th India Health Initiative – 2014

In our 5th India Health Initiative – 2014 which was held from 27th January, 2014 to 12th February, 2014 where almost 5000 people were treated with free Doctors consultation and medication. Camps were conducted in the areas of

Vattepally, Hassan Nagar and Shaheen Nagar of R. R. Dist., Andhra Pradesh
Jhahangirabad Institute of Technology (JIT) in Lucknow, U.P
Mewat Dist. in Haryana and
Alwar Dist. in Rajasthan.

These above camps had 10 American Doctors, 2 American Paramedics, 3 Local Doctors, 7 Local Paramedics and several volunteers who were directly involved in making these medical camps a very great success.

On completion of these medical camps, the Doctors and Volunteers were awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for giving their precious time from their busy schedule to make this initiative a great success.
